Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling within one week of the class will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. All cancellations or rescheduling between 12 and 48 hours of the class start time will receive a 50% refund or reschedule fee.No refunds for cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of the class start time.All cancellations within one week of the class start date will receive a 50% refund. Any classes with visiting instructors require two weeks notice for any refund.

TEAM, PRIVATE, GROUP, OR SPECIAL EVENTS.

These events require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling to secure a reservation. Final head-counts and remaining balance are due one week prior to the event. Note:  Glass Axis’s business days are Tuesday-Saturday (we are closed on Sundays and Mondays), and we are closed in observation of the following holidays: Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (open for abbreviated hours) and New Year’s Day.

No refunds after final head-count.  Additions may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

WEATHER POLICY

In case of Level 2 or Level 3 Snow Emergencies in Franklin County, Glass Axis offices will be closed and ALL CLASSES CANCELLED and rescheduled.
